- Download the PDF - the payment links will be automatically generated and included in your invoice

When your customer opens the invoice, they'll see clickable payment buttons that take them directly to the payment provider's secure payment page.
Bank Transfer and Other Payment Methods
If you prefer to receive payments via bank transfer, wire transfer, check, or any other traditional method, you can add your payment details manually using the additional payment sections available below the Payment Options.

These additional sections allow you to:
- Add bank account details for wire transfers
- Include check payment instructions
- Provide any other custom payment information
Simply fill in the payment details you want to share with your customers, and they'll see this information on the invoice when they view it.
Getting Paid Faster
Online payment options make it easier for your customers to pay you quickly. Instead of waiting for checks in the mail or manual bank transfers, customers can pay instantly with just a few clicks.
Remember: Always ensure your customers have accounts with the payment provider you choose. For PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp, customers will need to log in to their respective accounts to complete the payment. This ensures secure, verified transactions.
